– What is the scientific basis underlying this program?

Without getting too technical, research has now shown that the
connection of the brain cells in the earliest years of life
determines our intellectual capacity for our entire lives.
This research indicates that tremendous steps can be taken to
correctly “wire” the connections of the brain in such a
way to make learning easy and truly enjoyable. Think of it as
installing the right program.

– Who is A+ CHILD DEVELOPMENT?

– A+ Child Development is a natural outgrowth of this
research. The staff has an extensive number of years
experience in fields of child development, teaching and the
production and distribution of educational materials
throughout North America.

– Will this change my child’s personality?
A
– Absolutely not! What you will be doing is simply working
with your child to make learning easy and enjoyable. You will
also be laying down the proper base information in a variety
of subjects. This will serve to broaden your child’s
intellectual horizons and give him/her the proper foundation
to use in relating to facts that will be taught in school. The
program includes development of life skills and we stress
social interaction with peers. Our guiding principle is that
learning must always be fun!! And children should always be
children!!

– Will my child be bored in school?
A
– Quite the contrary. This child who enters school with an
insatiable curiosity and an eagerness to learn always does
well. Good teachers welcome the child who probes, asks
questions, and wants to know how any particular fact relates
to other information. Educators have long known that the child
who is confident and has high self-esteem performs well in the
academic environment. One of our goals is to produce
independent thinkers and these are the students who thrive in
the school system.

– What is your “project” all about?
A
– Prior to mounting our retail marketing campaign we are
making the program available on a first come first served
basis to a limited number of families. These families agree to
provide a written testimonial and to keep us advised of the
progress of their child/children.

– If we are interested, what is the next step?
A
– You will be contacted in a few days to see if you wish to
pursue the matter and invite one of our consultants to your
home to discuss it further. If you do, an interview will be
set up which is in two parts. The 1st part takes 30
– 45 minutes. In that time you will be shown in writing
precisely what your obligations would be and what the project
will do for you in return. If you and our consultant are in
agreement at that time, the consultant will go on and show you
the components of the program and how they work. This will
probably take 1 ½ hours. If you schedule an interview you
should allocate about 2 ½ hours of your time.

– Will this be your only contact with us?
A
– No. You may receive information on the other products or
services which we think may be of interest to you whether
produced by us or another company. Please advise us if you do
not welcome this service.

– Why is it important do something now?
A
– Our knowledge of the workings of the brain had increased
dramatically in the last few years. The development of
sophisticated brain scanning equipment has given us insights
that were simply not available in prior times. We now know
that there are certain windows of opportunity that open and
close in the life of the pre-school child. If positive
intervention is to be taken, it must be while these windows are
open.
